Because a large part of our collection is personalised—custom names, initials, dates, and designs created uniquely for each customer—many of our items are truly one-of-a-kind.

Personalised Items

Personalised jewellery is made specifically for you, according to your chosen details. Once crafted, these pieces cannot be resold or repurposed, as they are tailored entirely to the individual. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on customised items.

We understand that this may be disappointing, and we genuinely empathise with the frustration that can come with receiving something that doesn’t meet your expectations. Please know that our policy is not designed to limit our service, but rather reflects the nature of handcrafted, bespoke work. We want to be transparent and honest with you, and we kindly ask for your understanding as a small business where every order is made with significant time, attention, and resources.

To help avoid any issues, we encourage customers to double‑check all spelling, personalisation details, sizes, and order information before completing their purchase. Our team is always here to guide you if you’re unsure about a detail—simply reach out before placing your order.

Non‑Personalised Items

For jewellery that is not customised, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue immediately. In these cases, we will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.
